Charles Keith Gallacher is the Managing Partner and CEO of Hielan Partners.

Mr Gallacher provides expertise in managing and directing all phases of operations, finance and information technology functions.  He brings comprehensive domestic and international IT experience, and has worked for large multi-national organizations providing services on a global basis, as well as for early stage start-ups. Mr. Gallacher’s more than 18 years of management experience has been focused on helping enterprises increase their revenue growth and market reach through innovative approaches to sales, marketing, new service offerings, and various sourcing initiatives. 

Mr Gallacher’s most recent roles have focused on leveraging his business operations and market defining experience, as well as significant knowledge of the services industry.  As interim President and CEO of Power Forward, Mr. Gallacher helped the company with their development and implementation of go to market strategies, business plan formulation, and the capitalization requirements that supported the launch and growth of this new venture in the BPL and IP services market.   

Previously, Mr. Gallacher led sales for Cognizant, who at the time was the fastest growing company in the offshore outsourcing market.  Mr. Gallacher was responsible for helping to build the capabilities for Cognizant to more effectively pursue strategic deals and clients, as well as improving the corporate capability of winning the most complex pursuits.   Before joining Cognizant, Mr. Gallacher was the Partner responsible for CSC Consulting’s applications outsourcing practice, and had been the partner in charge of several services oriented consulting units.  As a Partner with CSC, Mr. Gallacher was a key member of the executive team, with accountability for sales, delivery, and executive client relations.  Throughout his career, each new position was a culmination of progressively more responsible management responsibilities with industry leading multi-national corporations including Cognizant, CSC and EDS.

As an executive with experience building new business in established groups as well as early-stage start-ups, Mr. Gallacher is recognized for leveraging his strong leadership skills to provide vision, direction, and confidence in building robust organizations.  Mr. Gallacher has a very diverse background in several different industries and marketplaces, and these experiences allow him to bring forth a combination of business, sales, operations and technology experience to achieve maximum business results.
